Subtleties

I aspire to be a great writer albeit I don't expect celebrity status. I've written the most over the past two years yet I have nothing to show for it --- seemingly, my works have all but disappeared. I used to be an active author on fictionpress.com and I blog weekly on myspace... I write for an online magazine and the school newspaper. High school. Meaning, yes, i'm only sixteen years old and my dream is to change someone's life for the better - if by only a single glance, a written word or a vigorous action. Preferably the second.

I role play, which is where most of my writing experience generates. I don't keep a diary/journal. I enjoy reading. Photography. Beautiful music -- classical, acoustic. You won't talk to me in person without getting some kind of sarcastic reply. I'm not social unless with a specific group of friends. Doing things, most of the time, are only a waste. My home is my favorite place. My writing is my escape.

God didn't give me wings to fly so I improvised and grew my own. My will is a pen and my runway paper; I'm limitless when the only destination on my map is lost somewhere in the foyer of my mind. My company is pleasant and plenty, keeping me on my track when my sense of direction cannot. I share the sky with an incredible mate and god, never have my feathers felt so warm. I enjoy both the sunshine along with the rain but withal, when the rough weather does come along and my flight tends to fail me, I find my footing and allow my wings to mend...Hello, I'm Christina, and sometimes I rather like to write on the wind. {i want a fairytale. scream with me.}
