Shelley LeBlanc was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. During her teenage years, she started reading romantic stories and began dreaming of someday writing romance novels.

Shelley is married with a daughter and a laid-back Jack Russell Terrier. She lives in Metairie, Louisiana, near the infamous French Quarter, where she continues her writing journey.
