I have written anything from 6-word flash fiction to a 400,000 word trilogy , but my favourite type of writing now is the short story with a twist-in-the-tail. I even dabble (poorly) with rhyming poetry at times.

My preferred genre is crime / mystery, although my favourite when reading is fantasy fiction.
