I have retired from active service as one of the general managers of a leading nationalised bank in india after reaching my superannuation age of 60 in november 2004. I had a small stint thereafter of about an year in a merchant banking company as their regional head in kolkata,india till october 2005. There after I have remained as a practicing chartered accountant with my office in my residence at kolkata. I love writing as part of my freelancing activity and being a born sports lover, I love waching games of cricket, football,table tennis and badminton. Travelling is my pleasure and singing and listening to good music is my passion.
