Most tell me my poetry is vulgar, or filled with too much dark humor. But honestly I have not prescribed myself to any particular genre. I write from my own experiences and influences whether it is music, books, or television. Though you may interpret a fatalistic view, and recognize many dark undertones in the context of these writings. I simply enjoy satirizing and parodying human nature and its place in the world. It is this dark humor, through its irony and paradox, brings about revelation to myself personally, but for all it is open for interpretation.
My poems like"4am lone walks on the empty boulevard" and a others have much personal relevance. Some of these poems spawn from the uncertainty that comes in life, and the or compulsions that define identity and dictate our actions. Written at times conceptually in delirious distortions, and burst of emotional energies.
Writing is an entertaining and reflective way of looking into my own self. So nothing and no one else knows me better than an ink drenched page and pen.
