"There are always going to be those exceptional authors who make us feel small and insignifigant. They are the ones we look up to. They are the reason we try our best when we write. They are the reason that stories are told still today and still will be told for many generations to come. They are the role models for those of us who were born with our noses stuck in a book, a pen in one hand, a notebook in the other, while hiding under the covers with a flashlight on our shoulders. -S.L.M.-"
I tend to be a loner that trusts no one. However I have found that I long for contact with humanity every once in a while. Thus I discovered this wonderful place.
In the modern world I am a 24 year old who tends to keep to herself. For obvious reasons I will not disclose much else about myself. My real biography,(when I get the nerve to write more of it) will eventually be posted under the title 'A Time Of Tears'. My writing is usually influenced by my past and my memories, and yet it is not who I am now.
I have been writing for quite some time, and I am yet a beginner. I am not certain how good my works are, or if they even can be called writing, but I will continue never less. I only ask that as a reader let me know what I can improve on and what I do well. If you like it, tell me. Tell me if you don't.
In my world, or at least the one that I tend to occupy more often than not, I am an avid gamer, an RPGer, and an SCAer. I love the middle ages, the Rennaissance period, the Victorian, and the Edwardian eras. If I am not writing, or doing some craft, I can be found taking part in medieval re-enactments and recreations. Also I an known as Roshayann D' Lyn(most commonly), Naraiynia Diore, Or Ianira Lyn as well as my given name which will remain undisclosed.
