Dave Solis

My name is david solis.. I play guitar, electric, acoustic and bass. I write music lyrics and poetry. I was not only a user of meth but often a dealer as well. I played in a band and was even signed to a record deal for a short time. I have 4 kids 2 of whom I am not able to see at this time . I play chess and like to watch movies but not tv. I dropped out of school in the fifth grade and feel I have wasted much of my life pursuing the wrong things and have nothing but the love of my mother my wife and my daughter's to show for it ,which in my humble opinion is less than some but more than I deserve. My body is older than its years but my mind is more alive than ever and hungers for stimulation long denied it by drugs and alcohol. I have lived on the street or in the woods awake and outside for most of my life . I am new and lost and old and found and tired and ready and nervous and impatient to find out and remember what it's like to live not as a slave to a demon but as the person I once was ,could have been, am still, will become.
