Thanks for your comment. But as to too much of the truth... Finding what is actual truth is the most deceiving thing in the world. Perspectives of billions of people, manipulation, among other things all factor into what truth is. For some people, God is a truth. But that's because they've made it so in their minds. I don't think it is possible to have too much of the truth, because really, people can't collectively prove anything as a truth.
Yes, in that order but I don't find I enjoy teaching as much these days. But then I have been doing it for thirty years. I enjoy painting more than photographs and writing as much as both but I really dont see any difference between them all, some temporal some spacial. but that sounds pretentious. Thanks for all the comments Regards Ken.
There is very little horror with literary merit these days and that's what really gets to me. If you go back and look at HP Lovecraft, Ambrose Bierce, Edgar Allen Poe, Robert E Howard(he is better known for dark fantasy but it borders horror regardless). These authors were phenomenal, I don't think any horror writer these days can even compare. These people went down in literature.
But you know I understand something, people these days don't want literature or philosophy in their horror. Attention spans are getting shorter and many avoid any real thinking.
For instance your story Our Midnight Soul, to truly appreciate it you have to be an educated person who studied the various styles and movements of absurdism or surrealism. Sadly most 'writers' out there will give you a blank stare if you even mentioned something like that to them.
When people think theater they should be thinking Beckett not Shakespeare!!
Thanks for the reviews, I've been enjoying your material as well. I'm getting around to writing a solid review I'm kinda floating in an isolated stalemate now with school and research(upper management expects efficiency). In a week though! There will be an explosion of activity on my part.
Oh to be compared with Ezra Pound. I think in pictures if you look at my artwork you will see.(www.kenart.co.uk) But I think you understood more than you thought. The poem is about imagery to some extent.
however. Thankyou so much for the review and the comment. I was going to say insightful but that smacks too much of showing off, on my part not yours. Regards Ken.
