I'm a singer/songwriter who started off just writing lyrics. After awhile, I noticed that if I wanted them set to music I'd have to do it myself, so I did. And I still do. Though I've been away from the guitar for most of my adult life, I came back to it with a vengeance. Same is true for producing--learned how to do that with analog equipment, but now am learning the art of digital production thanks to my trusty computer. I am an unabashed Machead, and would gladly defenestrate any computer running Windows.

Don't care to watch much TV, as I prefer to listen to music rather than watch tedious music videos. I'm as close to a fossil as I care to get, but my experience makes me a formidable lyricist. Apart from that, I tend to use my BA in English LIt (SFSU Class of '98--took me awhile to earn it, but I'm glad I did) not as a bragging point but as a means of adding depth to whatever I write.

One thing you can't accuse me of is shallowness, though I've been accused of other things. That's okay...I never said I was perfect.
