I am horribly wary of the internet as far as my writing is concerned. I'm not even sure why I'm taking a chance, but I guess we all have to take risks sometimes.

I'm a college graduate who has had the writing bug all of my life. Writing is what keeps me whole and sane in a world that seems completely out of reach. How dramatic, I know. At any rate, I'm a sometimes poet and a sometimes writer-of-other-things. I'm not very good with words, but I'm a wiz when it comes to emotion.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to read whatever it is that I decide to post. I'll probably change this bio when I'm in a less tongue-in-cheek mood. Maybe...we'll see.

Erm, other things. I'm 23, living at home, and feeling the wind from the speed with which my student loans are flying toward me. My dog loves me and that's about all I've got. My friends are pretty kickass too. So, yup, that's me: cynical and kinda goofy.
