I am storyteller. Mostly in the oral tradition... Through the years I have discovered that the art of storytelling is dying. Even telling a joke seems like it's becoming a lost art form.
I have always written. Some of it good, most of it is ok, some of it is dreck. I have experimented with poetry, and even a little performance work. I am determined to try my hand at prose. I have no idea how this will work itself out. I hope to see if I can turn this skill I have at telling stories into something creative. I am the keeper of the oral history of my group of friends. Let us see where this road goes.
