About Me
I am a mature woman who has written extensively within organizations in my careers as a health care administrator and, currently, as a psychotherapist. I published several articles, and briefly was a free lance business journalist when my son was born. I was originally an English major, and learned to critique creative writing then, as well as in a fiction class I just took. Like most everyone else, I've had a lifelong dream of writing creatively. I'm considering an MFA (madness!). Meanwhile, I'm here at Writers' Cafe to join up with friends from my fiction class to form a group for accountability, support, and companionship around our writing lives (part time in my case.) I like to critique; find myself very encouraging but not afraid to take risks.
