I’m a type B, 5-foot-one cultural hybrid of contradictions.

...I am both woman and child.
...I crave for solitude and yet, I long to be appreciated and loved by others.
...I thrive on challenges and yet, I tend to slither away from conflicts and confrontations.
...I like keeping everyone and everything I hold dear at arm’s length in fear of the inevitability of letting go.
...Despite leading a free-spirited, often chaotic lifestyle, I am a student of structure and order.
...Inasmuch as I consider myself a liberal nonconformist, I can’t help but honor the values and customs imbued in my psyche since I was a child.
...Everyone perceives me as tough and carefree, yet my soul couldn’t have been more fragile and troubled.

And lastly, my zest for life and love can only be rivaled by my fear of failure and loss.
