I registered to read a friend's story and decided to post some of my own. I was quite relucant to post anything, i know I'm not a great writer and my stories never get past the opening chapter. So at the moment it will just be a poem I wrote a couple of years ago. I hardly write anymore but with the free time over the summer i may try again.

I love reading and much prefer books to films and many people naturally assume people who read alot are good at writing. Which obviously isn't true in my case. For one my spelling is atrocious (sp?) Currently I'm reading Dead famous by Ben Elton. I bought his lastest book: Blind faith, and loved it so after trawling the charity shops and library i now have three of his books to read, they're quite easy reading but i love the whole questioning society side to them all.

Future?
I hope to be going to university in September to do a degree in Conservation Biology. I want to make a difference!
I hope to be some sort of environment consultant, where i would work for a company to check decisions that they make are environmetally friendly. Or go into the management side of things and look after an area of countryside, improving and maintainig habitats maybe.
