About Me

Hello. I'm Kitten, and I've been writing ever since I realized that I could create stories like the ones I loved reading. I started reading at a very young age when my mom bought a bunch of Read-A-Long tapes to use on long drives. Ever since then, I always found myself at a very high reading level and priding myself in being one of the top spellers in my class. I always loved to write. As I grew older I began writing poetry as an outlet for my anger, sadness, or otherwise dark thoughts. I was pleased to discover that I was a pretty decent poet. A few years after that, I began learning about script-writing, and now I'm also interested in that. Novel writing, however, will always be my first love. I love role playing online (that is, a text based activity in which two or more people basically create a story together) to exercise my creativity. That, and it's just fun. I currently have four novel ideas and a television show idea. There are also small short film projects I plan to work on this summer. Hopefully I will be able to finish a book and get it published before I graduate high school. =) I'm not very good at writing short stories because I tend to get carried away with ideas. As an adult, I hope to become a successful author/film maker.
