About Me

I'm currently a freelance writer, working for newspapers, magazines, and websites, while finishing up my degree in Political Science, International Relations, and English. Words are my life. I write about everything. I like to respond to prompts to challege myself. I'm hoping to start Grad school in the Fall of '08, with a teaching fellowship, to obtain my Masters of Engish. I'm probably going to do Teach for Ameria then, while getting my PhD in literature. Finally, my education will be complete with a rousing three years of law school, after which I hope to write nothing but fiction, but the politician inside me will not let me off that easily.

Personal Stats:
I'm Married.
I live in Indiana.
I have four cats and a rabbit.
I'm a vegetarian.
I'm the News Editor of the school paper and a cashier at the cafeteria. I also freelance for about 10-15 different sources at a time, in addition to tutoring, which pays, by far, the most. :)
I'm currently reading a romance novel because I just finished Beloved and it made me Sad. :(
I'm probably the biggest hippie on this side of the 70s. I'm not really a Beatnik, but I love the cafe/bar :)
I believe in God.

Thank you for the review. Yea I've realized after writing many a song that the lyrics seem to hide in my subconscious and sometimes all I need is one line and i can write a whole song. Ha ha, so when I say, "what I think I meant by that line and/or stanza" don't be surprised because post-song I usually have to go, what the hell was I singing about.

So, I guess what I meant by that first stanza was the loneliness and paranoia that comes with being suddenly alone.

The chorus is self explanatory, and I would just like to say that the second stanza was basically a filler, I couldn't come up with any thing to fill the empty space there.

Thanks for listening to my explanation, and thanks again for the review.
