Greetings! I've started writing around March 2020, some of the words on the papers transitioned into poems, some into songs. I enjoy writing philosophical yet on-point texts that base around an emotion - I strive to help get rid of those mental "blocks" we all sometimes experience. Also, I truly believe that you physical health starts from your emotional health and your relationship with Self.

Graduated psychology. My research and my ideas sometimes come from scholar research and sometimes from spiritual books. I interconnect them just as psychotherapy does.
