About Me
I'm 66 and I'm from Zimbabwe. I live in the town of Gweru which serves as the capital of our Midlands province. I have, on and off, been writing since age16. I am a published short story writer, poet and novelist still to attain the kind of prominence that I hunger for. My last novel, 'The Fading Sun' was honoured with Outstanding Fiction Award at Zimbabwe's National Arts Merit Awards in 2010 and is on amazon.com. I am in the process of refining some 400 of my poems for publication in 3 separate anthologies this year in 2016.
I am also an editor and I dispense editorial services when so requested. Most of my adult life was spent in the teaching field and I recently retired from teaching at the University of Zimbabwe where I taught Applied Linguistics and Communication Skills. I have a keen interest in Forensic Linguistics.
