The Holiday Café embarks on this inaugural journey. These facts, perhaps, are what define us as a website, or more specifically, a group of like-minded friends, passionate about this corner of our Earth we have been blessed to call Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

A showcase for talent - We believe Pittsburgh has world class artistic talent in writing, photography, painting, sculpting, acting, and more and we endeavor to showcase Pittsburgh talent, though we are open to guests from other locales.
Passion in the pursuit of perfection - We endeavor to showcase writers and artists, whom demonstrate passion in the pursuit of perfection.
Excellence and encouragement - We strive to publish excellent writing, though we aim to encourage new writers to participate who may not be perfect yet.
Positive energy - We are positive in our outlook. Our stories, articles, and art are interesting, inspirational, moving, informative, educational, and may aim to entertain, yet they should create positive energy for all of our guests. No bad vibes.
Individualism - Opinions are fine, so long as they don't hurt personally or spread hate or other types of ugliness.
