"All good writing is swimming under water and holding your breath."- F. Scott Fitzgerald. Knowing that writing is difficult frightens most people, but for me it is more of a challenge. I'm an am-mature, who needs alot of practice, a wider vocabulary, and to become more open with proper writing habits and techniques. Some people have sports, but I have writing. Writing speaks to me when there is no other words to be spoken. I am only 18, I am a total book junkie. I have so many books its insane. I prefer old literature, such as Fitzgerald and Poe. Fitzgerald is my absolute favorite. Poetry is another interest of mine, I seem to favor Robert Frost and Emily Dickinson. I can be a hopeless romantic at times, so of course i would like to write a romance, but not just happy ending romance though. I see myself as a realist, so heartbreak will always be apart of my writings. I know romance wont be all I write about but heartbreak will most likely be tied up in the things I decide to write. I want to be a teacher for the visually impaired, so my love for writing and Literature will hopefully teach the students who cant see, that life without vision isn't the worst thing ever. Literature is just as amazing as television.
