Well let's see what I can write, keeping it simple, yet, informative and keeping your attention.

I stated writing when I was in college. About the mid 1970's. I took a creative writing class, focusing on poetry. Wrote quite a bit. Some of the poetry was shared with a speech class I took. Good reviews.

I left college to pursue a career in law enforcement. All my works from college were in my parents basement. One year, after some heavy snow and heavy rains, water crept into my parents basement, launching a full scale offensive on the box containing my writing. It was a complete loss.

In 1977 I became a police officer and that was the start of my 26 year long career in law enforcement. My journey to "protect and serve" took me from Pennsylvania to Florida and back.

2003 was the year of my retirement and my new quest as a bassist. Yes I returned to playing bass guitar after a 30+ year layoff.

Since my retirement and becoming a musician again, I have had the inspiration to start writing again.

My genre(s) are listed as humor and satire. I enjoy thinking of the obscure and injecting my own little twists to get you thinking. I try to make you laugh. In my own warped sense, you have to sit back and say, "He's got a point."

I will also be posting some poetry that I have written and continue with my other writing.

My hopes are that you enjoy my writing and musings, give me a fair appraisal of my work and I become friends with many of you, sharing ideas, works of writing and enjoying what each of us has to offer.
