About Me

If I can say something worth saying that makes just one person think about others...I'll try. The greatest storyteller was my grandmother. I miss her stories. Also, I would like to add to please pay it forward. Not to me specifically but to the other amazing writers in this community. If I leave a comment on your writing don't feel obligated to write one for me, but instead read another person's work and tell them how it affects you. Pay it forward in that way for me, because so many others here paved the way for me to trust in my voice and art. Thank you sincerely, CLE.

I have been here now for a few months and found this to be a very welcoming community. I would like to say for newer and recent writers here to participate and be part of this wonderful group. Don't just submit your art but read others. If their work moves you let them know. As writers we should love dialogue and the perspective of others, for how is our work to grow if we don't participate with the world. Encourage one another share conversation. Take the time to respond to a kind comment with a personalized message. Because a peer took the time to tell you they liked your art, it is the least you could do is sincerely thank them. This is how community works and we grow as writers.
