Lee Chambers (born 22 May 1985) is a British psychologist, coach and entrepreneur. He is the founder of PhenomGames and Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing. He has been featured by Vogue, the Guardian and the BBC.

His specialisms are the psychology of wellbeing, colours and workplaces. He holds a BSc in International Business Psychology and an MSc inEnvironmental Psychology from the University of Surrey.
He has been interviewed by Vogue, The Guardian and Newsweek, and is known for analyzing the psychological aspects of the workplaces, wellbeing and colour. His clients include Indeed, RBS, Gazprom and PwC. He is the host of the Self Aware Entrepreneur Show, and was voted in the Top 50 BAME Entrepreneurs Under 50 in 2020. He is trusted by publications such as Medical News Today, the BBC and Healthline.

Born in Bolton, Lancashire, and residing in Preston, UK, he is passionate about conscious leadership, equality of health opportunity and nature.

Lee is the cousin of British athlete Dwain Chambers.

He has recorded over 100 podcasts, includes episodes with Steven Bartlett, Josh Elledge and Shelly F. Knight.

Lee was featured in the Top 50 BAME Entrepreneurs Under 50, alongside Nitin Passi, Sonya Barlow, Eric Yuan and Ranjan Chatterjee.
