As a culinary educator, I'm bringing the love and fun of cooking to all ages via classes, camps and writings. I'm currently working on a collaborative book of culinary essays aimed at getting readers "back to the kitchen". Although we're well on our way with 20 authors signed up, I'm looking for many more to make this a fantastic book.
