I try to approach every day with grace. I have many people I love and care about. But I also live in an unpredictable and fickle world. There is not much that I can control in life except my responses to the challenges that come my way. So I try, every day, to make the best of the canvas that is presented to me.

I have a family. My husband Jeff and I have been married for 27 years. My oldest son, Mike, just returned from a trip to South America and is planning to attend law school in the fall. My daughter, Nena, is a college senior and will be graduating in June. My youngest, Sam, is a junior in high school.

I hope to share some of my thoughts, stories and experiences with my readers.
