About Me

Why do I write? I have no choice: it's all I know. My Mother says when I was 2 years old, I used to sob "I wish I could read!" And before I was in Kindergarten, before I could spell anything other than my name, I wrote my first short story by asking Mom how to spell nearly every word. There was something in me, from the very beginning of life, that recognized the beauty and power of words. That passion, acknowledged and encouraged so early, has not only remained with me, but has grown exponentially over the years.

While I am pleased to be able to share my work with others, my writing is primarily cathartic. In sharing it, however, I find I am deeply grateful if something in me, as expressed through my words, manages to touch something in another. Finding a common thread, weaving a stronger bond through words is an amazingly beautiful, fulfilling experience.

Esoteric Theosophical Philosophy

The truth within your consciousness is like the horizon that recedes before you. As you journey towards your inner quest, in the direction of the leading edge of your belief acceptance. And your knowledge and understanding of the prevailing path grows, the next ascending possibility will always beckon you forth. For wisdom brings together within the truth of your existence, your souls essence, in which is attained by your own experience. Pursue your goal of achieving the truth within your reality of consciousness, in the most direct manner. The paradox is of course, is that you are both the voyager and the pathway; the treasure that you seek is most often slumbering within you or undeveloped in your quest. Its always within you and has always been and always will be. It has not been hidden from your sight, for the most part, its likely you have hidden from it, so wake it up, face it, and accept it, than use it, by becoming it.

When you were born, you cried and the world rejoiced. Live your life so that when you die, the world cries and you rejoice.

rather than hapharzadly send out read requests, i thought i would go directly to those who enjoyed my piece "sometimes when the earth is peace" and introduce them, not only to Chad, but to his newest work. he occasionally 'remixes' a piece that resonates with him, and that is what he did here with mine. I think it's just amazing, and I'd love if you checked it out:

H3llo there. Thanks for the beautiful reviews. As for the poem 'The Dancer', it was actually the first poem I had written in about seven years, just springing onto the page the way it is now and getting me writing again. So, thank you. Really like your 'Old Man' poem, by the way; beautiful.

Thank you for your review. You are right of course that there should be more #6's or Full Wulfstans but a review by one person is still one person's review and the reviewer is as prone to mistakes as the writer. Detachment is of course good for improving pieces but there is the possibility of the reviewer not understanding the writer's intent. Complicated. So, yes you are in essence right and i am grateful for the review.

thanks for the kind review... the 2nd to last stanza is more or less exactly what the translation said

Kelly, you are never alone in this world. Somewhere out there there is someone who understands or has the same feelings. As for ambitions i think i procrastinate too much rather than actually doing stuff. This is a point well summed up by a writer on here called Pauls.
