Look into a mirror and wonder about the person you're viewing. Don't judge them, or make any sly remark. We do that enough to ourselves everyday...all day. Just think about who this person might be, what kind of life they've led. Do it in third person (he, she, they). When you write about "her", you'll be surprised by how much of her is you. It might even be things you would have never thought about otherwise. Hope this helps. :)
