I am a twenty year old student from South Africa. I have been through a lot of stuff and I realized that there are others out there in the world that are going through something similar or much worse and that is why I decided that I wanted to tell my story and give a few tips and stuff on how to be happier and more at peace with yourself and your surroundings.
