Not only am I a woman, but a mother, friend, and hopefully the best person I could be. I have begun to broaden my horizons and get into writing poetry. But I also am an artist, and I am trying my hand at writing short stories. I would also like to add that all of the paintings or pictures I have posted are mine, original works done in either watercolor or colored pencil. I enjoy reading lots of books, but my favorite writer is John Grisham, in fact I have almost every book he has written so far.I am currently reading an interesting book called the Artist's Way- it is to help bring out the creativity in a person. Although I am always thinking of things to write about, I thought I would read it to see if I could glean from the writer's words of wisdom. I will read anything that catches my eye, and am the proud owner of a new,used ibook, cause I am a mac lover at heart! I am also posting a pic of me for a short while, just until i get the poem to go with the painting I will post next.
