Someone once told me to write about what you know about. Because of this, I write alot (and I mean ALOT) about sports.

My new pet project is to publish a collection of short stories that I have written. Look for it soon on a shelf near you. It's title will be "From the End of the Bench and Other Sport Shorts." Hopefully, it will happen sometime during this century.

Other than that, I write because I love to write. I don't always do so well with revising, though. Everything I write is perfect the first time, much like yours, probably.

I've done alot of things in my life, from working nights at a convenience store to selling beer at the zoo. I've sailed across the Atlantic on the US Coast Guard Barque Eagle. Now, I'm a teacher at a school for emotional and behavioral disorders in Chicago. Writing is my escape from reality.
