Been writing since I was a teenage kid. Somehow, someway just picked up a notebook, found a pen, started writing things and have never really stopped. It's a passion, hobby, ongoing cerebral grind, and great joy to go from scratch ideas to a piece that has potential and living clarity.
I also read, quite a bit. Anything from online "need-to-know" postings/film reviews/sports recaps to nonfiction pieces, fiction, romance-fantasy tales and science-fiction/adventure novels and books you'll find me devouring. When my mind gets into the words, it begins its mental marathon. I'm most interested in the story and motive and good characters versus glamour and appeal.
Otherwise, I have a vintage, electric typewriter, Schwinn road bike, am a former Kicker, boyfriend/Uncle/brother & son, and still attend Catholic Mass and pray. Oh, and I enjoy a good movie any chance I can get.
