Hey :) Thanks for visiting.

I'm currently workin' on a novel, Beyond the Rain, and I plan for it to be around 75,000 words. What I post right now is only the first draft. . . I look and read back, and I honestly think it's terrible. But I'm first going to trudge through and try to write it first, and then I'm going to start on the re-writing process, revising, and editing. Fun, I know. And maybe occasionally, I'll post a small work (short story, poem, etc.). We'll see.

I believe writers here should work on not only writing, but also reviewing. Reviewing others' work can help improve their skills and maybe they can reach their goal, whether it be a published work or something just for fun. Writing is a creative way to express yourself and what you want the world to know. And for most people, it helps to see what others think of their work.

I've just recently started writing. I've always hated it and have never written for fun until several weeks ago (beginning of Nov. '08). It's weird. But I'm just going to go with my instincts. It's just an attempt at writing, but feel free to give criticism, whether light or harsh.

Each person has their own writing style and individuality :) So -- read, rate, review, and most of all, enjoy! That's why we're here in the first place, right? ;) If you want me to take a look at some of your works or any specific piece, let me know! I'll try to get to it as soon as I have time.

Oh, and as for my age. . . ask, and I'll answer. It's hard not to judge people by their age, but I'll tell you if you're curious and think it matters.

If you have any questions, comments, or advice to give me, feel free to get in touch with me. Really. It could be an I-think-you-should-write-about-this-instead type of thing, or simply a why-aren't-you-updating thing, too :)
