Imen Yacoubi

Imen Yakoubi has been teaching English literature these last four years and she loves the subject she teaches. She is currently doing doctorial studies in the field of African Literature, she is trying to weave old themes into new approaches, and she likes to write about varied themes and not to tie herself to a specific area.

Her biggest passions are reading and writing. She has attended many creative writing workshops with the British Council, where she has been tutored fiction writing by Canadian/ British novelist Kate Pullinger. You can find some of Imen�s short stories on her profile homepage link.

Imen likes to spend time before her computer, and sometimes in the garden; she loves to go out with friends from time to time and to act silly. She likes Arab classic music and she thinks it is great, but she always feels free to explore new forms of artistic expression.
