I am 23 year old Master student. Right now I am in Spain for my studies and some 6 months ago while working and studying in my homeland Bulgaria, I started out of nowhere writing short poems in English. With the time they got more and more and I have started sharing them only with my closest friend. Now I feel like I need to know if my work is professional and find some criticism on it as I have never studied anything related to Literature and/or Writing and neither had none of my parents and relatives. It is absolutely a new area for me and this is why I have no idea if I am doing it in a correct way. I have not been into reading poems when I was younger, but I can say that this is a unique experience to me. I can tell most of the poems I have written are connected to me but a bigger part of them are connected to stories of my friends or family or just anything that has amused me, shocked me or made me think about it in the long-term.
