About Me
I grew up travelling around the world, my writing when I was younger mirrored the European towns we had visited and the people that had populated them. As I grew older my writing stopped altogether when I was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a connective tissue disorder that causes my joints to dislocate easily. Along with that came Fibromyalgia and Raynaud's and in school I struggle with ADHD and dyslexia. A pain management regimen allowed me to return to school where I met my husband. We moved to Las Vegas, Nevada for several years where I found myself writing again. Motivated by my husband's support, I write whatever comes to mind, preferring to stick with my beloved science fiction and fantasy novella's, in hopes of expanding them. I have begun work on a graphic novel (I just need an artist) & I'm also beginning to branch into other genre's like poetry and something my creative writing teacher dubbed as the 'fictional non-fictional essay'. I'm also interested in writing humorists pieces and and political humorist pieces; both I've learned take time, effort and knowledge to perfect. As a college student again, my writing time is severely limited, even more so because of surgery and a new workout regimen to combat atrophy but I am trying to intergrate my writing into my schooling as I work towards my degree in Game & Simulation Programming (video game, simulation & AI design, production & programming). I hope to be able to use my knack for computer programming and my creative skills together in a field that supports the ADHD mind :D.
