I'm a fantasy and sci-fi writer with one humongous epic fantasy under my belt and a new cross-genre dark fantasy/sci-fi space opera-ish novel in the works. I'm hoping to be published before the End Times and the Coming of Flying Monkeys. We'll see how that works out.

In the genre of Fantasy I am particularly fond of Stephen R. Donaldon, Tolkien, Zelazny, Julian May and most recently George R. R. Martin and Greg Keyes. My sci-fi reading list would include all the old Grand Masters, particularly Asimov, as well as Greg Bear, Frank Herbert, and Philip K. Dick.

Down there somewhere is an embedded music player with bits and pieces from bands I've played in (bass and chapman stick). I've dug up a couple of old lyrics from my musician days and posted them to the site too, just for grins.
