I am a survivor of 30 years of abuse of all sorts, child abuse, child sexual abuse, teen dating violence, domestic violence, rape... After 30 years of that I finally said, "No more!" and I was done with being a victim. That was eight years ago, and I have to say that now my life is absolutely fantastic! I have found several different ways of using my really ugly history to help others, and that is incredibly fulfilling. I write, I speak, I teach workshops in shelters. I go into the prisons around the state of Arizona and I talk to the inmates about domestic violence - this is absolutely my favorite thing to do. It's amazing! God loves me and I am incredibly happy.
