Solitude

I love to write about everything; my sword, my life, my friends, my problems, pretty much anything that first comes to mind. I'd love to say that I was born with a pen and a book in my hand, though that would be . . . kinda weird. Writing is the only thing in my life that I can really feel that I have control of. Even so, I have absolutely NO control over what I end up writing. I'll start with an idea, such as a story of a battlefield, but it will soon spiral into some type of poem, then I'll sit there for a half an hour just thinking. After a while, I'll come up with a line of the poem, then set it as the first line, write stanzas, get rid of some and move them around, then . . . well, take a look at my poem Epic to see the result.
I'm a loner wherever I go: on the bus, at school, even at the few parties to go to. For a while my friends thought they had a fighting chance to get me to be an actual part of society. It was kinda funny to see them try, to watch them invite me to big parties or try to take me to a Starbucks afterschool. By now, however, they've finally realised that I'm completely hopeless.
I wouldn't say that I'm not friendly, I just need to find the people who I can talk to without thinking that they're going to try to mold my mind to see everything their way. Trust me, that's happened before, and I think that that really opened my eyes to the . . . um . . . 'bad people' out there (My parents are watching over my shoulder, so I can't really say . . . yeah. . . .).
Just so any of you curious people out there know, I'm a very, very, VERY sarcastic and cynical person, so . . . just be careful when you try to understand what I'm saying. I laugh at the stupidest things too, so try to understand if I say something that you think is stupid, I'm probably laughing at it right now.
Well, that's about it. If there's another random, crazy thing about my life that I think that the whole world should know about, you'll be the first to know.
