Gus Wood is a young up-and-coming poet living in Atlanta, Georgia. He has been writing all his life, but discovered Spoken Word when he was 16 and has been visiting Open Mic Nights and Poetry Slams for the past two years.

At Seventeen he featured at the JavaMonkey Coffeehouse in Decatur in July of 2009.

He is now a senior in high school.
