I do study spiral dynamics as well as Wilber's integral philosophy. I find both to be synergistic and useufl in understanding how the world works. I'm interested in individual and group behavior and love Wilber's frameworks such as the 4 quadrants and the tiered color levels. What I most appreciate about both spiral dynamics and Wilber is that they both continue to evolve their frameworks. I love evolution!
so true, I agree. It was a terrible experience for the short term but I eventually stopped letting my anxiety control my life, and things are much better now. If I hadn't done it though I don't think I ever would have started writing seriously; and it made me realize how stupid drugs are. Now long sober and enlightened, maybe it was a blessing in disguise. Hang in there man, keep writing.
no prob Adam, I'll get to some more of your stuff, as well as a second time around on Life After Meds. I read my review and I just hope I didn't sound like I was undermining what you wrote, it just went a little over my head...it could be cuz it's late.
How's your anxiety doing? Just wondering, been there done that, I know how bad it sucks sometimes. Ironically what triggered my episodes was...mushrooms. Maybe I made that connection semi-subconciously.
Penn State University. I'm at the campus near my home right now. This fall I'll be heading down to the Main Campus at University Park in State College.
