Zombie Writers Unite! Forum New to Zombie genre

Hello, I am new to writing zombie genre fiction [it was either that or teenage vampire fiction :-)]. I would be really happy if someone could take a look at my short story FAREWELL HUMANITY. It is very much a work in progress and I would like some feedback to make sure I am heading in the right direction.
