Write = Get Reviews Forum Just posted ready for critique

I just joined WritersCafe not even an hour ago and I have the first two chapters of a book I want to try and get off the ground. I really need to know if I'm on the right track here or if I should just give up on the whole idea. Ready for even the harshest criticism. If you don't like it don't just NOT comment. I haven't read you writing -yet- but I'm going to.. Just thought I should say that you shouldn't give up on your idea no matter what. Only if YOU think it's bad and that it needs to be revised, or whatever, then scrap it.
