They have all the advantages they can. are available from other class that has more per-dps than them. Additionally, they are the Burning Crusade Classic Gold number 1 pick for playing pvp, there's a large number of rogues able to pvp but not capable of pvp. This is because rogues bis pvp gear requires a LOT of pve gear, meaning if you are not "the guild rogue that is prepared to receive warglaives" you will have a difficult time pvping and also because everyone else will take out the gear you.

In pve at the current moment , a new 70 mage can press 1 button and if they're not able to do dps and at a minimum compete with a geared rogue in dps. Along with water and food for the team, buffing is also suggested. Aoe, too.

We do a decent job of DPS but we don't bring much to the group. No AOE, b+ tier damage, no buffs. Therefore, if you've got a limited number of slots, don't bring the items. They also share a lot of stuff with two classes that bring stuff to the group.

Idk what makes people think it's hard to be a rogue , and receive invitations to groups. I'm a rogue. I got fully cut off by creating my own groups. You are able to create your own groups if you are unable to get accepted to any. The great thing about creating your own groups is that you can decide which equipment you want by inviting people who don't require the gear. I was able to obtain full bis because I gathered people who didn't require leather equipment.

Since I don't want to tank, just as you wouldn't. ...? Why do I have to do 1k+ DPS when I've got 500-600 DPS (I've hit 995 dps on boss fights) Take off heal whenever necessary, off tank when required, and battle res in order to protect the party after someone makes a mistake such as a healer who is ineffective and gives everyone an additional 10% criticism

Yes, my avatar is a wild. However, I'm more likely to tank, I also just want to chill and collect badges. It's really frustrating when the group is doing AOE pulls while I'm there muttering at each mob that dies before I score 5 combination points. Unfortunately, Cat doesn't shine in five mens. While the ability you described is nice, it could be quite irritating. I feel much better about my personal DPS in the event that there is an arcane mage inside the group.

While I understand that I'm not going to tell you how to play, I believe that more than 950 is a good way to get 2/3 of the higher dps classes. Anything less than that damage is almost an 'in.
