I've come here from Urbis, another writer's website. I'm trying to get feedback on my stuff, but after writing a few reviews I've only had a couple in return. The credit system seems a bit confusing to me, for a start. Also, there is no genre heading for 'blogs'- just diary entries that aren't proper stories. the genres seem quite limited in comparison to Urbis. I'm also having trouble finding out who moderates the site.

Hi, welcome to WritersCafe.
Well, there's nothing you can really do to get more reviews besides posting your work on groups, sending out read requests to friends, and reviewing other people.
And the genres may be limited, but they are what they are. They're really only to help govern what gets into contests, I think, and you can always modify the genre to readers in the description box, if nothing in the genres really fits.
Charlie moderates, so to search him type in 'Charles Konsor'.
You'll get used to the rating.

How was Urbis? How come you left? What do you think of WC compared to Urbis?
