How about a piece 500 words or less under the topic of "Ironic Departures". Leave it open to all genres, and styles. Rules would simply be that the story must culminate in an ironic twist. Irony is a difficult tool to master, and should make for some interesting reads.

How about a sonnet challenge? Sonnets are not an easy thing to write perfectly.

I second departures in irony.

How about we challenge each other to write ironic sonnets?
