Therapy Through Poetry Forum Doesn't seem to be too much go..

but for those of you still knocking about, my name is Niall, I'm 22, and my therapy through poetry was required due a long term downward spiral of anxiety and depression where I hit that space just above rock bottom, where you just manage to remain alive and (physically) unhurt.
