Tell us about yourself! I'll start --

my name is Dan, I'm an aspiring author currently in the process of writing my first fantasy novel, although I like to branch out into different genres from time to time. I'm married, no kids, and live atop a mountain in North Carolina, although I hail from farther regions. I love a good meal (you can tell it to look at me) and fancy myself something of a foodie. We have 2 cats, 2 pugs, and 1 very persistent squirrel that lives on our back porch, nasty little blighter.
