What would you do if you saw someone pouring change into a storm drain?

Sun is shining, the river is sweet. Makes you want to move your dancing feet.

 Ritual dance colliding with nature.

 

 

 

I would call the nut house, Money is too valuable to just be pouring it down the drain lol.
No I would probably find out why the person was doing it.
