The Best Group To Get Reviews********************* Forum How to get out there?

I have a problem. Common one, I guess. I've written my first manuscript, put it through its paces. It's undergone editing, beta reading the whole nine yards. But still, I can't seem to get it past The Gatekeepers. I can handle the rejections, irritates me though no one gives a new reason for rejection. So I have no idea what to focus on to make it better. Any suggestions?
