You're so small and fragile,
Almost miss able.
You're so quiet and shy,
Almost invisible. You hide from all the bullies,
Hoping to disappear.
But they soon find you,
And you cower away in fear. You spend your time in the library,
Reading all the dusty books.
You keep yourself to yourself,
And ignore all the strange looks. But they still get to you,
All of the insults.
You feel so insignificant,
When everyone picks out your faults. Nobody notices your perfections,
In anything you do.
You go home and wonder why,
Everyone picks on you. The bullying gets worse and worse,
Even though there isn't a reason.
You cry more and more,
With each season. You can't seem to cope anymore,
With everyone's horrible behaviour.
So to rid yourself of the pain,
You pick up the razor. You scream as it splits your skin,
And you watch as the blood trickles down your arms.
You drop the razor and muffle your cries,
Digging your nails into your palms. You don't let anyone see,
The permanent marks of where you're broken.
No one knows your true feelings,
They are never spoken. But I'm here to listen,
I'm not going anywhere.
Life can be mean,
But yours is really unfair. I'm only here for one reason,
To wipe away your tears.
I hope I help enough,
That you can stand up to your fears. You don't deserve the pain,
Or the harsh words.
I think it's time,
You let everything be heard. No, it's not easy,
But it's not hard either.
I know you can do it,
You're an achiever.
